PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat cushion obtained by using a viscoelastic polyurethane foam which exhibits delayedly restoring properties and is excellent as a shock absorber, a sound absorber or a vibration absorber. SOLUTION: The seat cushion is comprised of the viscoelastic polyurethane foam which is obtained by foaming and hardening a polyisocyanate (A) and a polyol (B) in the presence of a catalyst (C), a blowing agent (D) and a foam stabilizer (E) and has a restoration time of 1-30 sec and a 25% compression strength at 25°C of 150-250 N/314 cm<SP>2</SP>, where the polyisocyanate (A) contains an isocyanate group-containing prepolymer (A1) obtained by reacting a polymeric MDI with a modifier containing at least a compound bearing one active hydrogen group, and the blowing agent (C) is water.
