PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dust having a comparatively large specific gravity from being sucked in through a cutout window even if the cutout window is formed in a cleaner cover externally put on an oil pan. SOLUTION: A level display surface 23a from which the oil level can be visually confirmed is formed on the side 23 of the oil pan 3, and the cutout window 22a for exposing the level display surface 23a is formed on the cover side surface part 22 of the cleaner cover 4 externally put on the oil cover 3 from above. An intake passage 24 is formed between the oil pan 3 and the cleaner cover 4, and the intake air is sucked from the opening lower end side of the cleaner cover 4 and raised to be guided to the upper end side of the oil pan 3. At that time, right and left ribs 22b, 22c formed on the cleaner cover 4 partition between both right and left edge parts of the cutout window 22a and the right and left raised surfaces 23b, 23c of the level display surface 23a, and the upper end edge of the level display surface 23a is brought into sliding contact with the inner surface of the cleaner cover 4 to be partitioned so that dust having comparatively large specific gravity can be inhibited from being sucked from the peripheral edge of the cutout window 22a.
