PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hook stand on which a broadband MODEM having wall mounting holes can be hung easily in a vertical state, and in addition, the stand can be set up with a saved space. SOLUTION: The hook stand is characterised in that the main body of this hook stand is provided with hooks (2) adaptiple to the wall mounting holes of the broadband MODEN, and the broadband MODEM which has not been hung on a wall, but placed on a flat surface, can be set up vertically by hanging the MODEM on the stand as if the MODEM is hung on the wall by making the MODEM hung in the state where it is placed vertically.
