<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a routing program for distributing data while securing high security. <P>SOLUTION: A server that receives image data from an MFP determines whether a transfer destination of the image data is registered in advance by executing the routing program and further determines whether a security check by a voice is required in order to transfer the image data from a corresponding sender to the transfer destination (S305). When the security check by a voice is required, a voice file received together with an image file is digitized into a voiceprint file (S309) to compare the voiceprint file with a preregistered voiceprint file.
