The device has a system intended to locate driver within a vehicle and an apparatus in which the driver will blow for measuring alcohol content in blood. The apparatus preserves and transmits a result of measurement of the blood alcohol content. Another apparatus is integrated with the former apparatus for taking a photograph of the driver, after the driver blows in the former apparatus, so that others control the driver.
