PURPOSE: Provided are a method and an apparatus for promoting artificial egg-laying which grow large amount of fertilized bees with less efforts and costs and provide stable conditions and environments for queen bees to promote egg-laying. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the steps of placing queen bees in an egg-laying box(1) for about 1 month; placing the egg-laying box(1) under conditions of a room temperature of 27 to 28 deg.C and a humidity of 65% and adjusting the temperature of hot water in the box so that a heat supplying nozzle contacting with an egg-laying plate(3) disposed in the egg-laying box(1) has a temperature of 30 to 34 deg.C; and transferring the egg-laying plate to a growing box to grow fertilized eggs, larvae, chrysalis.
