PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member management device capable of managing information relating to a probability setting value directly affecting the success and failure of a player registered as a member and obtaining information extremely effective in terms of business in a game hall. SOLUTION: The member management device 1 manages the players registered as the members in the game hall where a plurality of game machines 100 are installed. The game machine is provided with a probability setting means capable of setting the probability of generating a special game state advantageous to the player in a plurality of stages. The member management device is provided with a data management means for collecting probability setting information relating to the probability setting means in the game machine played by the player registered as the member and managing probability setting conditions in the game machine played by the player registered as the member in a prescribed period corresponding to the identification information of the player.
