COLORED PARTICULATE DISPERSION, INK FOR INK JET, COLORING MATTER, AND INK JET RECORDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored particulate dispersion excellent in lightfastness of color images and dispersion stability, having a high concentration and excellent in good color reproducibility (hue), and to provide an ink for ink jet, coloring matter and an ink jet recording method excellent in color reproducibility and discharge stability using the same.

SOLUTION: The colored particulate dispersion comprises a coloring matter represented by general formula (1): X=D-B (1) and a polymer. In the general formula (1), X denotes a group represented by any of general formulas (1-1) to (1-3); D denotes a nitrogen atom or =CR1-; R1to R6and Ra each denote a hydrogen atom or a substituent; and B denotes a group represented by any of general formulas (2-1) to (2-3). In addition, there are provided the ink for ink jet, the coloring matter and the ink jet recording method using the same.
