<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labors and times for preparing a calibration expression even when a plurality of quality evaluation devices is used in parallel, and to prevent dispersion of respective quality evaluation values of the plurality of quality evaluation devices from getting large. <P>SOLUTION: The quality evaluation value for the fruits and vegetables is found based on a photo-absorption characteristic in a specified wavelength found based on corrected photoreceived luminous energy provided by finding and storing a correction factor for using photoreceived luminous energy of every different wavelength as reference photoreceived luminous energy when dispersing light from a reference body having a prescribed light transmitting characteristic to be photoreceived, and by correcting the photoreceived luminous energy of the every different wavelength measured by a photoreceiving means for the fruits and vegetables by the correction factor, and based on the calibration expression prepared based on information of the photoreceived luminous energy in the quality evaluation device under the condition outputting the reference photoreceived luminous energy when measuring the reference body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
