The connection has a connector with thumb screws to connect open ends of conductors. The connector is covered by a plate (10) having a length equal to a length of stripped conductors and a width equal to a peripheral length of the connector. The plate has traversal strips (20A-20C) including fixing parts wound around an edge of the plate covering an insulating sheath of one of the conductors that is proximate to the connector.
