<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric motor vehicle by which an operator puts one leg or both the legs onto a travelling surface at once, while seated on a seat part. <P>SOLUTION: When the operator stops the vehicle or gets on/off, the operator puts the one or both legs onto the travelling surface at once, while facing nearly a front part and seated on the seat part 60. Then a body and the whole vehicle are stably supported. In travelling, the one or both legs of the operator sitting on the seat part 60 are put on the footrest 23 of a vehicle body 20.
