PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt for fixing realizing excellent cushioning function, further improvement of strength in the direction of the diameter of the belt and reduction of cost. SOLUTION: A base material layer consisting of metal wire functioning as a stretching suppressing material in the direction of the diameter of the belt is installed in a thick part of the fixing belt.
