<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely efficiently conduct warming-up in a short time and quickly start operation. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system 10 is equipped with a fuel cell 12 and an oxidizing agent gas supply part 16, and a pressure device 30 is installed in the oxidizing agent gas supply part 16.
