PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe, not obstructing movement of a user's ankle although being easily put on and off, and enabling more natural movement of the ankle to be easy to walk. SOLUTION: This shoe 100 includes: a shoe sole part 110; an upper body part 120; and a heel part 140. A top-line part 122, a foot insert opening 123, a tongue-shaped abutting part 130 and a fixing belt part 135 are disposed in the upper body part. The fixing belt part is provided with a belt side attach and detach part 135a. The upper body part is provided with an upper side attach and detach part 121a, and when the tongue-shaped abutting part is disposed corresponding to the top-line part, the upper end part 131 of the tongue-shaped abutting part is positioned above the wearing port.
