PURPOSE: An uncooked food product obtained by molding a mixture of grain, vegetables, nuts, fruits, seaweeds and Inonotus obliquus using oligosaccharide as a binding agent is provided. It is convenient to eat, store and carry and effective in dieting and preventing adult diseases. CONSTITUTION: A mixture of 0.05 to 5 parts by weight of sea salt, 3 to 7 parts by weight of embryos of unpolished rice, 1 to 10 parts by weight of an additive and 2 to 8 parts by weight of oligosaccharide is mixed with 100 parts by weight of uncooked grain flour, ground and then coated with chocolate, nuts or the like after molding under pressure. The uncooked grain comprises 20 to 60 parts by weight of unpolished rice, 5 to 9 parts by weight of corn, 7 to 10 parts by weight of wheat, 8 to 15 parts by weight of barley, 7 to 11 parts by weight of adzuki beans, 7 to 12 parts by weight of black beans, 4 to 8 parts by weight of black rice and 2 to 15 parts by weight of Inonotus obliquus. The additive comprises peanut powder, mugwort powder, pine pollen and pineapple powder. |
