FIELD: wood-working industry, applicable for manufacture of shaft lining and rubbing parts of modified wood. ^ SUBSTANCE: the method consists in impregnation by a plasticizer, pressing in succession along the fibers in the radial and tangential directions and fixing of the form. At pressing in the tangential direction the force is applied to a part of the blank by a punch, having in the zone of contact with the wood a horizontal section and a section in the form of a wedge with angle . This angle is determined from formula , where - wood ultimate strength at extension along fibers, E-modulus of elasticity of wood at bending across fibers, K-empirical coefficient of proportionality. The form is fixed by freezing by liquid nitrogen and subsequent action by super-high frequency current. ^ EFFECT: simplified process and produced blanks of long-sized dimensions. ^ 7 dwg |
