PURPOSE: A mold structure for manufacturing urethane piping lagging materials is provided to mass produce, in an equal quality, the lagging materials formed as one with an inner pipe endurable against an intense heat, urethane a heat insulating layer and heat insulating finishing material coated in a specific color, to enable the removed foamed urethane to be recycled. CONSTITUTION: The mold structure for manufacturing urethane piping lagging materials is characterized in that, when connecting a lower mold(10a) and an upper mold(10b), each semicircular groove(13,13a) forms a cylindrical cavity of a mold(10); a sliding rod(20,20a) at a regular length is buried to be movable forward and backward in a guide groove formed in the lower mold; each insertion/fixture hole(30,30a) is insert-formed to be one body with the sliding rod. The insertion fixture is provided with a circular vertical main wall(31,31a) insert-forming a circular main wall(32,32a) which includes a slant, an inner circumferential surface, an outer circumferential wall surface(35,35a) and horizontal projection members(36,36a).
