<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rental service suppressing new investment by providing existing resources owned by a specific enterprise group or the like as rental targets. <P>SOLUTION: A server device 11 can access an existing resource information DB 12 in which information concerned with offices and service centers owned by an enterprise group 31 and comprises a reservation state registering means 11a, a retrieving means 11b, an existing resource information providing means 11c, and a rental reservation receiving means 11d. The server device 11 registers reservation data 12b of respective offices and respective service centers in the existing resource information DB 12, retrieves offices or service centers matched with a retrieving condition received from a customer 20 from the existing resource information DB 12 and provides retrieved results including attribute data 12a to the customer 20.
