<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an entire device compact, and to easily perform capacity adjustment of a capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: An antenna device 2 is provided with a coil section 6 consisting of a core 8 and a winding 9, and a flexible wiring board 7 for electrically connecting the winding 9 of the coil section 6 to a receiving circuit in a clock module 1. This device 2 is further provided with a sheet-like capacitor 17 having an upper electrode 29 capable of trimming the board 7 by laser beam. Since the above configuration eliminates the necessity of providing a mounting space of the capacitor 17 on the receiving circuit, and the capacitor 17 is formed in a sheet shape; the entire of a wrist watch can be made to be compact. Also, since trimming the electrode 29 on the capacitor 17 by a laser beam can vary the capacity of the capacitor 17, the capacity of the capacitor 17 can be easily adjusted, even if each coil section 6 has a variation in tuning frequency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
