PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collector capable of improving load characteristics and to provide a battery using the collector. SOLUTION: A belt of a positive electrode 21 and a negative electrode 22 are wound through a separator 23. The positive electrode 21 has a collector 21A and a mixing layer 21B provided on the collector 21A. The collector 21A is produced by flushing vapor deposition and not less than 50% of a porous base material containing a nonwoven material is coated by a conductive material, allowing a conductive network to extend over a wide range, thus improving the conductivity.
