<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for drying blood by addition of dried bean curd lees, by which massively discharged blood can be changed to feed. <P>SOLUTION: This method for drying blood by addition of dried bean curd lees comprises adding a coagulation inhibitor to the blood followed by mixing the blood with dried bean curd lees having high water absorption to regulate the blood mixture so as to have physical properties similar to those of raw bean curd lees, and drying the resultant mixture in a short time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
