PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tank device wherein a gas layer necessary for supplying a compressed gas is ensured, and an fuel-filler body is protected from a damage-causing object. SOLUTION: The fuel-filler body 17 having a mouth opened in the tank main-body 11 is provided lower than an upper face 14 of the tank main-body 11. A recess 15 is formed in a part of the upper face 14 of the tank main-body 11. A fuel-filler installation surface 16 is formed in the bottom face of the recess 15 positioned lower than the upper face 14 of the tank main-body 11.
