<p>A method for managing emergency calls received by an emergency centre (3) and originating from a user (2) comprises the step of recording identification data of the emergency call (5) and selecting, depending on the identification data, an operator (OP) from a list (7) of operators. The list comprises for each operator the momentary location of the operator (LO) so that the momentary location of the operator selected from the list has a predefined proximity relation with the location of the emergency (16). Finally the identification data of the emergency call are transmitted to the selected operator.</p> |
