PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting nut of a spike for a golf shoe which has an excellent loosening prevention function that enables an effective prevention of the spike mounted on the shoe bottom from falling off while combining a waterproofing function for the shoe bottom. SOLUTION: In the nut body 2 made of a metal, a seat plate part 7 extending radially is connected to the outside part of a cylindrical body 4 that has a female thread part 5 on which a male thread part 32 of the spike 30 is screwed down and a thin cylinder part 6 with an inner diameter thereof larger than that of the female thread part 5, connected to the female thread part 5, and lock means 8 are provided in the seat plate part 7. An elastic resin body 3 to be molded with female thread, is formed into a bottomed cylindrical body to be securely fitted into the thin cylinder part 6 and a cylinder hole part 10 penetrated into the female thread part 5 has an inner diameter equivalent to that of the lower hole of the female thread part 5 so that the female thread 12 is molded in the side wall of the cylinder hole part 10 by the swaging action generated when the male thread part 32 of the spike 30 screwed down on the female thread part 5 is twisted in to tightly fit the screw threads of the male thread part 32 with the female thread 12.
