PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric appliance storing package house for requiring a smaller installation space for an electric appliance to be installed in a generation plant and holding an electric appliance installation area in a specified protection form. SOLUTION: The electric appliance 21 to be installed in the generation plant is stored in the special package house divided into an electric appliance storage area in which the electric appliance 21 is stored and an air-conditioner area 2 in which an air-conditioner is stored. The flow of air in the package house is controlled by using a heat insulating wall, a duct and a fan. When a trouble occurs in the air-conditioner, the measurement of an outside air temperature and an internal temperature with a monitoring device 14, the intake of outside air with a suction fan 10 and the exhaust of high temperature air with an exhaust fan 11 are automatically controlled.
