摘要 PURPOSE: An active matrix-type display device is provided to apply one of the first video signal voltage and the second video signal voltage having an opposite polarity to the first video signal voltage to pixel electrodes by interposing switching elements therebetween, thereby realizing a dot reverse driving function by supplementary capacity lines. CONSTITUTION: Gate lines(7) are elongated in row direction, and transmit gate voltages. Data lines(5) are elongated in column direction, and transmit video signal voltages. Switching elements are disposed at every crossed point of the gate lines(7) and the data lines(5). Pixel electrodes are connected to the data lines(5) by interposing the switching elements therebetween. The first and second supplementary capacity lines are elongated in row direction by corresponding to each row of the pixel electrodes.
