PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a title information inputting means for a schematic diagram that reduces labor and transcription errors by manual input, by automatically inputting title information in a drawing frame of the schematic diagram and creating a table of contents of the schematic diagram. SOLUTION: The title information inputting means forms a sheet list data 2 listing each sheet of the schematic diagram 1, displays the sheet list data 2 on an input screen of general purpose spreadsheet software 3, inputs title information in the displayed sheet list data 2, converts the sheet list data 2 to which input has been completed, for creating a sheet title information development data 5, and, using the data 5, automatically inputs the title information in the drawing frame of each sheet of the schematic diagram 1.
