PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move on a play field jumping over an obstacle with external force as a power source. SOLUTION: The moving toy has a jumping up mechanism 121 for jumping a toy body upward from on the play field when being applied with the external force. The jumping up mechanism 121 is provided with: a trigger mechanism 123 which varies from a stand-by state to a shooting state when receiving the external force; a jumping up force generation member 125 which comes into an energy-storing state when the trigger mechanism 123 is displaced from the shooting state to the stand-by state and which releases the energy and generates jumping up force which jumps the truck 100 up when the trigger mechanism 123 comes into the shooting state; and a jumping up member 127 which operates with the jumping up force of the jumping up force generation member and jumps the toy body up. Then, the moving toy is constituted so as to jump over the obstacle by jumping the toy body obliquely upward with the operation of the jumping up mechanism 121. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
