PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conveniently store articles such as parts and products in an inert gas temporarily. SOLUTION: A housing bag 1 which houses an article is made of a synthetic resin film, an opening can be closed, a tube insertion section 6 is provided, if an insertion tube 12 is inserted into the section 6, the tube 12 communicates with the inside of the bag 1, if the tube 12 is drawn, the section 6 is closed. For a device 11 which replaces the air in the bag 1 with the inert gas, the tube 12 is connected with the first port 15 of a directional control valve 14, an exhaust device 17 is connected with a second port 16 and an inert gas storage tank 19 is connected with a third port 18, respectively. The article is put in the bag 1 and the opening is closed, the tube 12 is inserted into the section 6, the first port 15 and the second port 16 of the valve 14 communicate with operate the device 17 to discharge the air in the bag 1, next, the first port 15 and the third port 18 of the directional control valve communicate with inject the inert gas into the bag 1 from the tank 19.
