<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide booking service for fairly managing the booking made from a place distant from a service facility etc. and the waiting line at the site of the service facility etc., and effectively operating the booking against the variations in the number of users of the service facility etc. due to booking cancellation. <P>SOLUTION: A host device 3 unifies management of booking information from each PDA (personal digital assistance) 1 and each user management device 4 and information about the waiting line at an entrance gate 6, issues booking numbers numbered serially, and performs the fair booking between users on the waiting line and users each of the PDAs 1.
