PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inexpensive collimator lens with corrected chromatic aberration and wave front aberration. SOLUTION: The collimator lens 10 comprises a first lens part 10a formed of a convex lens, a second lens part 10b which is formed of a concave lens and has one surface in contact with one surface of the first lens 10a to emit incident light as a light beam parallel to the optical axis in cooperation with the first lens 10a, and a third lens part 10c which is provided on the opposite surface of the first lens part 10a from the second lens part 10b and has an aspherical surface correcting the wave front aberration.
