PURPOSE:To use an electromagnetic induction heating device for heating a Chinese frying pan also for an ordinary pan having a flat bottom for electromagnetic induction heat cooking devices by removing a Chinese frying pan support by setting magnetic force lines to reach far apart from a work coil for heating an edge of the Chinese frying pan. CONSTITUTION:A Chinese frying pan support 24 which is freely is put on a heat-insulation plate 26 having pan support stoppers 32. A work coil 28 for electromagnetic induction having a flat coil wound spirally is disposed under the heat insulation plate, and a ferrite core 30 is placed close to a lower part of the work coil. An outer diameter Dc of the work coil Dc is set to satisfy Dc>Dp to the outermost diameter of the Chinese frying pan 10. The ferrite core is put on a coil support seat 34. The height of the pan support stopper is set to coincide with the position of a bottom surface in a recessed part of the Chinese frying pan support. |
