PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nondestructive inspection method of a concrete structure capable of accurately measuring the plate thickness, an internal defect or the like of the concrete structure by emphasizing the influence of a reflected wave from a detection object regardless of existence of an obstacle in concrete. SOLUTION: In this nondestructive inspection method of the concrete structure, each echo 8 of a plurality of ultrasonic pulses 7 entering the concrete structure 6 from a transmitting search unit 3 is received respectively by a receiving search unit 4, and the plate thickness, the internal defect or the like of the concrete structure 6 is inspected by utilizing an output waveform 11 acquired by averaging on the same time base of waveforms acquired by digitizing each received signal.
