摘要 PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescence device and a fabricating method thereof are provided to increase the height of a coating layer by preventing coating solution from flowing to adjacent pixels. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of anodes as pixel electrodes are formed on an upper surface of a substrate including a plurality of TFTs. A bank(26') is formed on the substrate in order to separate the anodes to each other. An organic emission layer is injected into the inside of the bank. A plurality of cathodes as opposite electrodes are formed thereon. Each pixel(28) is formed by regions between the each anode and each cathode. At this time, banks having the same height are formed at both ends of the pixels. The organic emission layer is formed with a high molecular emitting layer.
