PURPOSE: A disposable universal key is provided to open a lock and to duplicate a key when the key is lost, in which a position of a ballistic pin is interpreted by rupturing a micro section located at both sides of a plug. CONSTITUTION: An upper frame(11) and a lower frame(21) including plugs(13, 23) and knobs(15, 25) are overlapped with upper and lower surfaces of a center frame(31), and a plurality of micro units(35) are formed at both sides of a plug(33) of the center frame(31). The upper frame(11) and the lower frame(21) include stainless steel, and connected to the center frame(31) by spot welding. The center frame(31) includes spring steel, and the micro unit(35) is formed at both sides of the plug(33) by a wire cutting method or a pressing method, and intensity of the center frame(31) and the micro unit(35) is controlled by a heat treatment process.
