PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for evaluating degree of customer satisfaction for a vehicle, which enables a vehicle maker and a vehicle dealer to grasp a vehicle market trend through a trial driving of a test vehicle by a prospect regardless of considering to purchase the vehicle and can drive the test vehicle without any obligation. SOLUTION: The system for evaluating the degree of customer satisfaction for the vehicle comprises a means for measuring information on a driver's body when the driver is driving the vehicle, a means for measuring information on a vehicle movement when the driver is driving the vehicle, and a means for inputting a purchase data for the driver's purchase behavior. The system also comprises a means for calculating correlations between an article for the information on the driver's body or a data derived from calculating the information and an article for the information on the vehicle movement or a data derived from calculating the information, and an article for the purchase data or a data derived from calculating the data, on the basis of the information on the driver's body, the information on the vehicle movement, and the purchase data.
