PURPOSE: Provided is a toothpaste composition for improving oral sanitation which contains polishing agent, humidifier, liking agent, flavoring agent, Juniper berry extract and jade powder. Therefore, it make tooth hard, removes plaque and cleans tooth excellently. CONSTITUTION: A toothpaste composition is characterized by containing 0.01-10 wt.% of jade powder and 0.001-10 wt.% of Juniper berry extract, wherein the jade powder has specific gravity of 2.9-3.0 and mohs hardness of 5.5-6.0, and the Juniper berry extract is obtained by using water, propyleneglycol, dipropylene glycol, butyleneglycol, isopropyleneglycol, glycerine, diglycerine and hexyleneglycol as an extracting solvent.
