PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applicator by which a substance, especially make-up, can be easily applied to keratose, especially eyelashes or eyebrows. SOLUTION: This applicator has a rod (4) with an end part (4a) extended along the longitudinal axis line (X) and a brush (5) fixed on the end part (4a) of the rod. The brush (5) comprises a core (10) and bristles (11) extended from a bristle support part (12) of the core. All parts of the bristle support part are set at an angle not 0°with the longitudinal axis line (X) of the end part of the rod. The angle is smaller than 20°. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
