PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro fluid device for efficiently separating a dispersoid from a dispersion solution even if the dispersion solution is extremely small. SOLUTION: In the micro-fluid device, a flow channel comprising a deficit section (straight line sections 4a, 5a, and a branch section 6a) of a second layer 3a; a deficit section (straight line sections 4b, 5b, and a branch section 6b) of a third layer 11; and a deficit section (straight line sections 4c, 5c, and a branch section 6c) of a fourth layer 3c is formed in a member. In the middle of the channel, a grid surface having a smaller opening than the section of the flow channel, where a projection 18a in the second layer 3a and a projection 18c on the fourth layer 3c are set to be vertical crosspieces, and a flat section 19 in the third layer 11 is set to be a horizontal crosspiece, is provided. The separation of the dispersoid from a minute amount of the solution, which has been difficult in the conventional method for separating the dispersoid from the dispersion solution, can also be made.
