PURPOSE: A device and method for extruding a multilayered synthetic resin is provided to quickly manufacture the multilayered pipe by only one extruding process. CONSTITUTION: A device for extruding a multilayered synthetic resin is composed of an extruding machine for supplying melted resin to a die(20), a forming protrusion member(60) formed in the die, an outer seizing unit(30) installed at the outside of the forming protrusion member and seizing the outer wall of the pipe, and an inner seizing unit(70). The inner seizing unit is installed at the inside of the forming protrusion member, and seizes the inner wall of the pipe.
