PURPOSE: Textile is characterized by having moisture-absorbing and quick dry function, excellent durability and super water repellent function, containing a moisture transition layer and using natural fiber having high official regain. The textile is useful for sports wear, sports equipment and a uniform. CONSTITUTION: Textile having moisture-absorbing and quick dry function and super water repellent function comprises: a back absorption layer(1) and a moisture transition layer(2) comprised of polyester or polyamide modified cross-section fiber having absorbing function; and a surface super water repellent layer(3) comprised of polyolefine or polyethylene fiber having hydrophobicity. The back absorption layer(1) and the moisture transition layer(2) contain natural fiber having at least 8% of official regain. The surface super water repellent layer(3) comprises polyester or polyamide fiber containing fluorine or silicone type water repellent resin substituting for the polyolefine or the polyethylene fiber.
