<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment such as a composite unit equipped with a plurality of circuit modules for preventing a portion of a circuit from being destroyed in controlling low power consumption for each of the circuit modules. <P>SOLUTION: In this composite unit 1 equipped with two circuit modules A and B whose power sources are independently controlled, an interface voltage monitoring circuit 143 monitors all voltages applied from a power source 141a and a power source circuit 141b, and when a power source to one circuit module is blocked, and a voltage applied from the power source 141a or 141b is not more than a voltage C set as a monitor reference voltage, the interface voltage monitoring circuit 143 outputs a gate control signal in a "Low" level to an I/F part 15a and an I/F part 15b to turn off the output gates of the I/F part 15a and the I/F part 15b, and electrically blocks the circuit modules A and B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
