PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution system by which a user can easily and accurately understand distributed information.

SOLUTION: The information distribution device 102 is provided with: a location information receiving means 161 for receiving location information; an area language information providing means 170 for providing area language information concerning area language according to the location information; and a distributing means 191 for distributing the area language information and distributed information. The information terminal 101 for transmitting the location information obtained from the location detecting device 10 is provided with: a location information acquiring means 111 for acquiring the location information from the location detecting device 10; a location information transmitting means 121 for transmitting the location information; a distributed information receiving means 131 for receiving the area language information and the distributed information; a speech synthesis means 142 for speech-synthesizing the distributed information based on the area language information; and a synthesized speech output means 143 for outputting a synthesized speech according to the distributed information speech-synthesized by the speech synthesis means 142.
