PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To industrially mass-produce oscillation information recording water as a medium for precisely and stably recording oscillation information for a long period of time. SOLUTION: Iron compound-containing ore is immersed in purified water for a prescribed period of time to produce iron compound-contacting water. Then the iron compound-contacting water and a chemical salt are incorporated with a prescribed ratio to predetermined volume of purified water and dilution/agitation is performed to produce the oscillation information recording water.
