PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the mounting strength and brazing property of a connector to a heat exchanger and to reduce components and manufacturing processes. SOLUTION: In this heat exchanger 1 with a liquid receiver formed by brazing an aluminum header pipe 2b and a liquid receiver main body 11 through an aluminum connecting member 60, a connector 7 connected with the other end of a heating medium flowing-out pipe 22 connected with the header pipe 2b at its one end, is made out of an aluminum member, and the connector 7 is fixed to the liquid receiver main body 11 through the connecting member 60 by brazing.
