SUBSTANCE: the suggested method deals with feeding a diet containing a selenium-containing preparation premixed with chick-pea meal, moreover, the latter is taken at 100 g/animal daily. Optimal selenium content in animal body favors more intensive metabolism that leads to improved milk formation process, increased milk synthesis and better nutritive value and quality of milk, increased quality of animal science products.
