<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield structure of low cost whose number of components is small, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The shield structure 14 is provided with a multilayer substrate 7 which is composed of thermoplastic resin and has a GND pattern 4 on the surface, and a shield case 13 which abuts against the GND pattern 4 and performs electromagnetic wave shielding. The multilayer substrate 7 has a protruding part 12 at a prescribed position in which part 12 the multilayer substrate itself is transformed, the GND pattern 4 is arranged on the surface and resilient deformation is possible. The shield case 13 abuts against the protruding part 12 and fixed to the multilayer substrate 7 while electrical contact is ensured with the GND pattern 4. The shield structure 14 has the protruding part 12 which is formed by transformation of the multilayer substrate itself and in which resilient deformation is possible, so that reduction of the number of components and of manufacturing cost is realized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
