PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the lowering of decorative performance of furniture with a top plate by making a top plate fixing member invisible from the front surface and the upper surface of the furniture with the top plate and making a fixing hole of a support invisible from the side part. SOLUTION: When the top plate 20 is floatedly attached to the upper surface of the furniture 11 with the top plate fixture 30, a top plate fixing member 31 of the top plate fixture 30 is fixed to the top plate 20, the support 40 of the top plate fixture 30 is fastened to the upper surface of the furniture 11 by inserting a support bolt 50 into a stepped hole 42 and threadeely engaged into an internally threaded hole 51. A vertical part piece 33 of the top plate fixing member 31 fixed to the top plate is inserted into an insertion hole 43 of the support 40. A top plate bolt 60 is inserted into a fixing hole 44 of the support 40 with the vertical part piece 33 inserted therein, from the horizontal direction and with an internally threaded part 45 threadedly inserted thereinto and the top plate fixing member 31 is fixed to the support 40.
