<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a one-person CAD system being a new metal mold working system for realizing highly efficient and high quality CAM, for enabling a craftsman familiar with working know-how to perform metallic mold working of an actual object at a job site corresponding to the actual condition of the job site, and for realizing the spiral of a technology and skill in a much higher level. <P>SOLUTION: This system is provided with: a cutting allowance model generating means 203 for receiving a CAD model 211 being the data of the solid model of a metal mold to be manufactured and a work shape measurement model 212 being the shape data of a work to be worked calculated by measuring the work, and for generating a cutting allowance model being the difference of both of them; and an NC data generating means 206 for generating NC control data on the basis of a cutting allowance model 213 generated by the cutting allowance model generating means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
