PURPOSE: A gas container loading and uploading device of a portable gas stove is provided to use the gas stove conveniently, and to improve the safety by mounting and separating the gas container with operating an adjusting lever and by assembling the gas container with the adjuster through a guide bar. CONSTITUTION: A gas container is placed in a body case, and an adjusting lever is installed in the lower part of the body case. An operating link is moved by interlocking an operating lever with a protrusion of the adjusting lever. The gas container is fitted to an injection port ring(27) of an adjuster(22) by pulling a fitting protrusion in the lower part of a lock plate(16), and a piezoelectric element(25) is pressed by the protruded protrusion of the adjusting lever to ignite a gas burner. A return lever is operated by a return cam protruded in the adjusting lever in turning the adjusting lever counterclockwise to turn off the stove, and the gas container is separated from the adjuster by releasing locking with lifting the stopper.
